BYLAWS:

 

• We are strictly 1% AR'S ONLY MC. While on foot, the only weapons that are permitted is the AR's from the AR category (Assault Rifle, Carbine Rifle, Advanced Rifle, Special Carbine, Bullpup Rifle). While on a bike, the only weapons that are permitted is the Sawed-Off Shotgun, Pistols, Sub-Machine Gun.

 

• There shall not be any member or prospect on Passive Mode, using any Armoured Vehicle, any Aircraft, any Armoured Inventory (Bulletproof Helmet) Unless permitted to do so.

 

• Any member or prospect who has to move away from their controller should go into their garage, apartment, or story mode. If you fail to do so and your patch gets ripped/taken (someone took a picture of you dead and the patch on ur back) there will be severe consequences.

 

• All Social Club Accounts are to be able to be viewed by the Club, privacy settings of all available options set to friends and crew members.

 

• Laughin Jokers MC SA should be your active crew at all times.

• Any member guilty of killing another member of the MC will be put to a Church vote where you will be put on probation and if it keeps happening then you will be voted out the club and killed on sight. Messing around, fist fighting and such is the only exception to this.

• All prospects are expected to follow any order of any full patched member, unless ordered by an Officer.

​

• During club meetings, club rides and all other events held by the club, members and prospects should be riding Choppers. This includes, the Western Bagger, Western Daemon, Hexer, Innovation, and the Sovereign, if your feeling patriotic.

 

• Members should not fire on any other motorcycle club unless you got fired on. If you do get fired on then you should be in the KIK chat requesting backup. We have members and prospects on all throughout the day 24/7.

 

• Patch hunting is not acceptable unless the MC is kill on sight or they're using 99 tactics with a 1% on their patch.

 

• Internal conflicts within the club, will be handled by a President or Vice-President, or any other Officer and put to a 3 Round, one on one fist fighting deathmatch to solve all problems between each other. We are a brotherhood, not enemies.

 

                                                  

                      PROSPECTS:

 

• All Prospects must ride with us and show active participation in all club events, you must wear your patch, prove your loyalty and that you are worthy of being in our MC and Brotherhood.

 

• All prospects must prospect for atleast a week before the club will consider whether or not you're worthy of the patch. Your activity and contribution to this club will mean the difference whether your voted into the brotherhood or not.

 

• Prospects should follow the order given by a patched member. If the order was to do something ridiculous, for example "Prospect go run around the whole San Andreas" and his reasoning was because he doesn't like your character or name, please report it to a President or Vice-President, or any other Officer.
